Oh noes! My NWN is dead, when I start the game, the ads start, Lord Nasher vs Minotor movie finishes and then a nice black screen appears. The menu thingy doesnt lload, only blackness and a movable mouse cursor appear. I tried re-installing but no luck. Guess no more NWN for Terpy.
Did you just attempt to reinstall over your old copy on the computer? If waiting a little bit longer like 95 suggested doesn't work, try manually uninstalling every NWN file you've got and then reinstalling.
Nah I deleted my directory after uninstall, actually anything that had to do with NWN. I tried waiting 1 minute, didn't work, so I left my computer on whilst I went to college and when I came back (9 hours later, yes college is 9 hours a day) it was still the same.
I have this problem too. However, I have discovered that you can still click around and all the buttons are still clickable, though invisible. Clicking on the "load" button - near the upper middle of the screen - restores the NWN menu. It's an annoying workaround, but works. You may want to try it.
Dammit it worked lol, I had the idea that something like that happened because when I pressed Alt+F4 the sound when a pop-up.....pop-sup in game a sound is played and I could hear it.
It's your graphic's card driver. Did you update? Most likely you did or got a new one. You just need to go back to the one you used to have and it'll fix up everything.
