Amulet of Ares & Bless not stacking?

It seems that Amulet of Ares and Bless are not stacking... Or atleast thats what it looks like on my Figther/Cleric...

Is that intentional or a bug?

Non-weapon ab bonuses and spell bonuses don't stack.

Actually, it all stacks. It just doesn't show on your character sheet. If you look at your rolls when attacking, you'll see that all AB bonuses, including spells and Ares amulet, stacks.

Just remember to re-equip the amulet after you die.

It should stack. Only 3 options for granting AB. Both hands, onhand or offhand.

Attack bonus cap
From Bioware

In Neverwinter Nights, the maximum attack bonus a character can gain through magic is capped at +20.

Item bonuses which count toward the cap

* Weapon enhancement bonus
* Weapon attack bonus

Arcane spells which count toward the cap

* True strike
* Magic weapon
* Greater magic weapon

Divine spells which count toward the cap

* Bless
* Divine favor
* Magic fang
* Aid
* Greater magic weapon
* Holy sword
* Prayer
* Divine power
* Awaken
* Battletide

Special abilities which count toward the cap

* Bard - Bard Song
* Champion of Torm - Divine Wrath
* Cleric - War domain's Battle Mastery

Amulet of Ares is part of this cap. It stacks so to speak.
