Shadow Scythe

Why was there a class limit put on these weapons? All classes use to be able to use them. It's not like they're overpowering. They give vulnerability and cost another feat to use.

And of course I'm asking because it was kind of untold and I had a sneaker ready to use them.

I don't anything about the shadow scythe and if its anything like the other shadow weapons then it shouldn't exist. The shadow weapons for rogues only to compensate lacking damage on artifact holders mainly.
