Ok, I guess you guys took it too far. It was more for providing stories that you normally don't tell at work.

It was never for posting kiddie porn by any means.

Plus you need access to it to see anything. If you don't want it, then don't join the group.

Put in a warning that says "You must be 18 or older to join this usergroup" and then you'll be in the clear as far as legal issues go. Also heavily monitor that usergroup. Porn is fine but illegal porn ie: child porn gets the cops after you so if anything like that shows up it would be best to delete it then ban the user who posted it from these forums to make sure you'll completely free and clear. Otherwise porn it up fellas.

I know it's not just for posting nudes but a sign warning with an 18+ thing would just not make you legally liable and therefore clear of all possible ramifications that "could" come from it should someone decide to go parent watch on the server and report it.

Although technically since you Rary have completely control over who gets in and who doesn't you could just make it so that your profile must contain an 18+ age.

But however if this site is hosted outside of the US then just make sure to learn the laws about that country. I mean some couldn't get a rats bottom if you had porn or not on your site. Just keep yourself and this site safe is all that Casas is trying to say. The boy just lacks tact but he's got the right idea.
