Half-Elfs? Undead?

10 SR is useless because any a LX caster has +X Sp.. it would only block a L9 caster on a 1 out of their d20.

Undead does have alot of abilities, but they are limited to items that can be worn I believe.

Also they fail to turn undead. Heal can work on them just like harm does on normal people.

Also the problem with subraces is a drow is still considered an elf. You'd have to give benefits and dis-benefits (if thats a word).

The reason for undead is I already have them created on another mod. :)

But an orc, drow, goblin, troll, bandit. All good ones.

Undead is too much like PM.. it would make that class less useful (not like it isn't already). No to undead. What good is drow? Sunbeam will own them.. Troll ? Regen? But fire/acid penalties... bandits can pillage?

Undead = no way, here's why; You could go barbarian gain 45 ab, really high hp, immunity to crits, stuns, holds and sneak attacks. Suddenly it can only be beaten by clerics and no melee has a hope.

Svirfneblin? Are you kidding me? +4 ac and small size for +5 total along with 30 SR at 20. You're talking about giving an arena one of the best player races in the game. Lets not forget +2 saves which is amazing.

I say we add in full orcs. There were plans for that quite a while ago, I think, but they seemed to dissapear.

Undead have a major str cap in D&D, or atleast did in 2nd edition. I think a str of 15 or 16 was max for them.

Full orcs would get more str then half-orcs now?

Not entirey =p. With a wisdom penalty, many paladins and cleric-fighters would choose to stick with halforc. You could also maybe add in some other penalty, such as reduced Dex, to keep half-orcs useful.

so far, and ousider seems to be the best bet. Perhaps based on alingment?
