I also agree, and am glad that it's 21 in the USA. They want to lower it, but that would solve absolutely nothing.

honestly im not sure on the quebec thing. May still be 18 although there was talk of upping it to 19 at one point. As far as im concerned Quebec isnt part of Canada anyways.

All they do is bitch and moan about how they're mistreated and when there not whining there asking for more money from out government for things of lesser importance then our current affairs and problems.

Also at one point they were trying to pass a vote to seperate themzelves fom Canada anyways.

Wish they would have........
