heh, was saying why its easier on sneaks. but in all seriousness, you think 24 is too low?

PM's AC is too high for a melee and mages fort is low for you to freeze.

I got 1 successful paralyze out of 21 attempts. Those were mostly made saving throws.

I couldn't even do it on a level 10 bard using TS.

Death Attack is still DC 17. 24 isn't really working either.

The paralysis touch attack works correctly, but the death touch attack is still DC 17.
