Harper Scout Changes

Harper Scouts weren't made for player arena battles at all.

Sleep - Party pvp. All players are effected no matter the level. Duration is 3.5 rounds/level in Harper Scout. Targets make a save or fall to 23 different types of random effects.

DC:
Base - 10 DC
2nd Harper - +0 DC
3rd Harper - +5 DC (Total Level 8+)
4th Harper - +10 DC (Total Level 12+)
5th Harper - +15 DC (Total Level 16+)

If you don't have enough overall levels then you'll see your Harper Power % won't be 100%. Example if you get 'Harper Power' 50% and your level 5 in harper, then the +15 DC will actually be +7 or +8 DC.

+1 DC per 2 persuade skill ranks (Not including ones by feats)
+1 DC per 1 persuade skill ranks by feats only.
Charisma Modifier doesn't raise DC.
No cap, but max DC possible is near 40.

Make sure you use the sleep feat first before the sleep spell. Using the spell first will take a use from the harper sleep feat. The normal sleep spell is not the "Harper Sleep".

Cats Grace - +5 to Dex. Its maximized basically.
Eagle's Spendor - +5 to Charisma. Its maximized basically.
Invisibility - Is now Invisibility and See Invis. 2/per day
Craft Potion:
Total Level 10 or lower = 4-6 Listen/Spot bonus to party
Total Level 10 - 15 = 9-11 Listen/Spot bonus to party
Total Level 15 - 20 = 15 Listen/Spot bonus to party
Self always gets +15 to spot/listen, non-dispellable.
Tymora Smile - +3 instead of +2.

Sleep does 25 different effects, here's a rundown of them all:
1. Drop Ability (Str, Dex, Con, Wis, Chr) = 1/Harper Lvl = Fort
2. Drop AC = 1/Harper Lvl = Reflex
3. Blindness = Will
4. Confused = Will
5. Dazed = Will
6. Deafness = Will
7. Death = Fort/Death
8. Disease (17 Random Diseases) = Fort/Disease
9. Fear = Will/Fear
10. Knockdown = Reflex
11. Miss Chance (10%-20%-30%-40%) = (2nd-3rd-4th-5th) Harper Levels = Will
12. Movement Speed Decrease (50%-60%-70%-80%) = (2nd-3rd-4th-5th) Harper Levels = Will
13. Negative Level (1-2 levels) = 4th & 5th Harper level gets -2, rest get -1 = Fort
14. Paralysis = Will
15. Petrify = Fort
16. Poison (44 Random Poisons) = Fort/Poison
17. Polymorph (19 Random Polymorphs) = Fort
18. Decrease all skills = 2 pts/harper level = Will
19. Decrease all saves = 1 pts/harper level = Will
20. Sleep = Will
21. Slowed = Will
22. Stunned = Will
23. Spell Failure (10%-20%-30%-40%) = (2nd-3rd-4th-5th) Harper Levels = Will
24. Decrease Spell Resistance (2%-4%-6%-8%) = (2nd-3rd-4th-5th) Harper Levels = Will
25. Full Dispel (12-15-17-20) = (2nd-3rd-4th-5th) Harper Levels = Will

Updated to change wording.

The spell sleep is not to be used as harper sleep and never was intented for that.
