wm/fighter/bard(drunken fighter) for a 2 hander, gone. bard/rdd/wm gone, monk/ftr/wm for a 2 hander gone. wm/fighter/wizard gone, alll sneaking wm's gone.... I could get this on... Yeah it's a retarded feat yet it's a feat required for a class..

Monks can't use expertise? You can replace some sneaking classes with ranger, I guess.

alll 3/4 and 1/2 classes can't.

allow it to be picked for the sake of a build but just make it jail ppl when they use it...
