War Archer Builds

Post your War Archer Ideas here!

I'm thinking about a 8 Fighter/ 5 Rogue/ 7 Wizard build. Mostly focusing on minor defense and such. This build is better for crossbow. Get imp. crit. . bullstrength. . you can do 1d10+15 damage per shot with 17-20 crit range. You'll have small things like stoneskin, endure elements, true strike, evasion. .

The rogue is only for uncanny dodge for your AoO's and perhaps the slight chance of doing extra damage when people aren't gunning for your delicious body.

I might try a 3 Wizard/8 Pale Master/9 Arcane Archer. Gets 6 ac from pm, immune to hold/stun/etc. 224 hp with 14 con and endurance. It only gets 14 bab though. I haven't really thought about feats and such. 4th level spells so grab imp invis and stoneskin.

I don't think that will work. 3 wiz/ 8 PM doesn't = 6 BAB for AA levels.

12 Bard/ 3 Cleric/ 5 Rogue.

Uncanny Dodge with Divine Shield, Bard AC, Barkskin, Mage Armor, imp invis. . and all that jazz.

Downside to this one is that it has little HPz

Hmm i'm thinking maybe Fighter 10/ cleric 3/ rogue 7. i'm debating between Zen and Dex on this one.

Well this is my war archer, still lv 7. Pure fighter, just for experimentation. Look how he's turning out!

It would have no haste. Haste > 7 levels of monk speed.

Yeah, but not at level 20. You have to have more monk levels than other levels to wear the monk belt.

Well, actually, I think you only need 8 levels now. Which means you could go 8 monk/ 3 wizard/ 9 AA

10 AA only gets death arrow. . and you wouldn't be losing any BAB.
