What other rings? Those covetous Rings of Discipline for 3k? Yea, those are fantastic (sarcasm).

Gnarr, epic it can attain an 87ish AB.. it's quite effective epic. The best epic PC Builder of nwn has CoT as his class of choice.. I don't remember his name though..

The only thing I think it would fail is implode, on a 2.

Harper sleep, had some spell hit me for 39 DC.
Also all the tougher dragons will have decent DC's.

Plus those saves you're thinking require spells.

My first build Pally/BG had MORE saves than CoT and was innately better. But still, you want a build that's only able to save marcelus wing buffet? That's his only good DC.. and it's 50 reflex, don't think anything that's not gear for just reflex could make it.

That is pretty high. Anyways before we get off track, I don't think the +7 saves is bad.

*waves off your 87 ab* Untouched server no doubt with probably +7-10 weapons. You can't really compare epic builds to epic builds when they're on different servers. Who knows what that would be on antiworld, my epic of choice I would wager probably somewhere around 65-70 for a few rounds.

It's not that it's bad, it's that it's useless.

No one makes CoT, they need SOMETHING for petes sake. I submitted that their wrath be made 10 rounds + CHA mod instead of JUST CHA mod. Another suggestion would be to make their HP d12 instead of d10.

well, i think the divine aura might be good, just like the BG unholy aura, with the smae specifics. only problem is, they dont really get a EW worthless skill that could be converted. i supposed a turn could be used, but thats use for DS and DF

Aura's get gust away. Your Idea about the duration isn't bad tho. And as a Side not There is no way a Cot reachez 87 ab

the magicial bonus caps at 20 and basta

My 20 Pally, 20 CoT had 83 AB. CHA based, massive damage and smites.

If I were you I wouldn't belive what the card says I'd chcek out the logz so an express max ab of yer build calculation(max ab you could get) : str halforc based 30ba+19from str modifer+4from feats+20magical= 73
dex based halfling 30ba+20from dex+1 size modiffer+1if using throwin waeps+4from feats +20 magicial=76
That's about it and if you say it was charisma based and cha doesn't add ab the true ab was even lower.

You can reach higher then 76, however it comes from lowering others ac rather then from raising your own. -5 ac from curse song and -6 from taunt turn into +11 if you do it right which is always a nice way to gain yourself over 80 ab.

aura isnt overpowering. the msot ive seen mine do is 10 dmg. its not going to be capable of 30 dmg until max BG. and if they fail they save. but the dmg is still on the low side.

i made a 10bard/10BG/10 CoT and it got like 70 max AB or so. could prolly get higher if i maxed buffs. but it got 7 APR with a little less than 20 dmg in PA mode. ofcourse that includes DM and DW. but hit like almost 50 with a single smite. plus wiht hte BG sneaks got about 30. did a KD, then a sneak-smite and did about 70 dmg with one just the one weapon. then another 17 from the dagger. sling worked well too, but would be better with PBS and rapid shot.

Also Taunt can't really be counted in because the right conc stops it.

This isn't an epic discussion, my AB was 83.. I don't care if you don't know how or why.. we're looking at pre-epic peoples.
