hey i finaly got internet in germany but its kinda crap im on wireless and the box is like 30M away from me also i wont be playing NWN for the next 3 weeks because im on a RAD Ops course getting my head fucked by BATCO (british army ... commuications ... whatever) for a week learning all the poop i need to communicate to the other person without the enemy understanding a word you are on about example:

Hello 1A (call sign) DE (BATCO (this is)) 2A (call sign) 2J (martix of spread sheet your using) ...(then anything here could be whatever you poo you wanted it to be alsong is its on that matrix spread sheet of yours then your friends or the people you are communitcating to will be able to translate it)... Roger (giving your friend a chance to say that they have recieved your TX (BATCO (transmission)) Roger out (your friend has received your TX (BATCO) and undersatnd its)

and on top of that you have other prodecdures to follow incase of anything that happens like an unknown call sign appears on the net or you said somthing wrong and all that crap and to top it all off your called sign and martic spread sheet changes everyday at 12noon and also the Freqs of the radios change twice aday every 12hours

and you need to learn all the call signs for the alphabet exmple:

A - Alpha
B - Bravo
C - Charlie
D - Delta
etc

then i have a 2 week excerise to put all this into use in the field with 170PNR SQN me running around with about 50k on my back with my 2IC and troop sargent decoding BATCO so i know what the poo they are saying and what to do to so i can pass the information on

just thought i would give you all just alittle insight of what im doing and trust me thats just a little tiny part of it

so now also ontop of what my trade is as a Pioneer (infantry/Engineering/Defense skills/Demolitions/POW) i have bin promoted to be a Rad Ops for my section now i wish i have never taken the oppittunity

so i will be back on NWN when im on my 3weeks leave in england in 3 weeks time k

all that needs to happen now is put me in afgan in the middle of no where with a deck chair so i can work on my tan and solar powered frigde with magners and scrumpy and some on your famous american soda Mountian dew which we cant get in england lol and a radio that goes striaght to ops so if anything that i dont like comes within a mile rados of me and i will get on my radio to ops to send an airstrike or artilery strike for 1 mins at the grid location and give them the good news

dam if i had my way the war in iraq and afgan would be over by now lol

lmao i just bin promoted twice in 2 weeks because im poop hot at my job

and could get promoted to 170 pioneer OC (officer in command) Rad ops) before september which is nearly the highest piont i can get with rad ops now im just look forward to my first tape (rank) which i wont get for a year or 2 now

we took some US marines out with us and ragged them up this battlefield it was so funny they were all hanging out there @@s and we kept on pushing and pushing them untill they destoryed everything on the battlefeild it took them just over an hour to get through it all which was there fastest time and out slowest time was 34mins it was mad lol

then we did a march then shoot which was an 8mile run with 15k on you back and then you go striaght into the shooting range from 600m all the way down to 100m running as fast as you can for a 100m's each time you get all your targets to get the best scores only about a hand full US marines passed the rest either fainted/passed out from the run or just couldnt shoot because they were just nackered then we went onto the NATO assualt course striaght after that and the americans put up a dam good fight on that but we just beat them by 10secs

I remember when a B-1B Lancer did something similar whilst supersonic here during an air show....we all fell to the ground and couldnt hear for about 1 minute xD Oh and all the alarms in the area starting going biiii boooo biii boooo =D

thats not that bad its when they drop from the highest altitude piont that they can get to before the plane either freezes/malfunctions or the pilot suffocates then spin it while falling then pulling up from the ground from about 100/200 feet and all this is while the plane is going as fast as it can

put it this way i was nearly sick and was very close to changing my underwear....
