Reasons people, list 'em. It's come to my attention my PR has dropped significantly. Don't know how, so I'm waitin'. Post.
Do note that if you list something, you must support it from some situation, or something.. Don't just say he rapes babies.. and shoots veterans. Would need an example of you seeing me do one of those things.

For such a lonely soul, you're having such a nice time.

You can come off at times as haughty or with an attitude of "I'm better then you" (something that I have problems with as well)
You're clever and sarcastic, sometimes to the point of being mean. - Nobody really minds a clever guy who's sarcastic as long as he doesn't consistently do it to the same person over and over...no matter how annoying said person might be acting. That isn't a description of any one person on this server just a general thing.
You win to much. - Sad but true. If you're significantly better then most of the server it's easy for most people to start not wanting you around as you tend to dominate the field of play. My suggestion here would be to take a more relaxed stance to your playing from time to time and roll with the punches. Make a theme build or something that isn't necessarily all that powerful but has other neat stuff. I did this with my Fatty barbarian/DD (the con based build..was fun, even if not the most effective thing).
You enforce the rules - We're playing with prodominately teenagers. Many of which use games to get away from the pressures of real life and don't want some parent figure waving a finger at them while they're on "me" time. Can't really do to much about this one, it just comes with the job.
You like to win - Arguments or in battles you don't like to lose. Most of the time even when wrong you don't like to admit "Oops I was wrong" it's often more like "Ya, well I'm right in this situation." While valid it just shows you're making it into a competition rather then a debate. (I also have a bad time with this one, which I believe is why you and I clash so hard on these forums somtimes xD)

While I didn't provide examples (I don't play enough anymore for them to be up to date) those are a few things which I think could be effecting your PR. It's not like any of these are damning personality traits or anything so dire but they can rub people the wrong way if they don't have the patience for it. My overall big suggestion: Take a more relaxed play at the game, don't worry about losing (even a few times in a row) and ask people politely to stop breaking the rules (then once that doesn't work, as it probably won't, feel free to be mean and spiteful (9 '')9 )

S'all good guy. Takes some guts to ask a question you know the answers to aren't going to make you feel good. I applaud you for the effort. ( Good god I had to try to spell applaud 6 times before I got it right, my brain is simply not working this evening)
Edit: Hehehe ya I noticed that. You just gotta remember you can't treat most like you treat me while arguing. I'll argue with you for days upon days and while it may seem heated the second we step away from the argument itself I'm right as rain. I enjoy arguing and often times I'll encourage word play as I enjoy the challenge of overcoming someones arguments. However most don't share those same views on arguing as it appears you and I do so you just gotta be careful xD

Yea, the arguments get intense because I'm after the best solution we can come up with. Send all our ideas into the forge (which is hot) and whatever comes out should be the best solution. I fight to keep my suggestions and you fight to keep yours eventually the tug of war SHOULD leave us somewhere with a good compromise and hopefully - good balance.

Your inconsiderate in some senses. You seem to only follow the code so straight forward that you can't generalize or even rationalize with a situation at a time. It's black or white, never a common area to work with.
You can appear snobby as well as sarcastic. This ' I'm better than you ' trait, that was mentioned is almost identical, but it's also paired up with ' Nothing is ever good enough or satisfying. '
You refuse to acknowledge defeat. Not a bad thing to have within yourself, but it's a really annoying online feat. It causes a lot of restless debating and arguement which climaxes without a point.
I personally feel a lack of respect from you. You challenge most of my decisions just because we are friends. I also have been playing on this server longer than you, even with this recent break, and you seem to just roll over and try to take priority over me, which is very frustrating. You are a moderator, and my friend, but I feel like getting into the ' inside ' crowd has gotten to your head a bit much and your becoming bitter and less ' Fraizer ' charming like you used to be.
A feirce admin that frightens players. I want the administration on the server to be friendly to everyone and embrassive to newcomers, PM'ing them with options and advice.
I don't ' not ' like you. I just think lately you've been really disrespectful to an enviroment that I love, and that is tiring and hurtful to me.
There is a letter of the law, which can be broken for many situations. Example: Stop signs should always be stopped at - unless you're driving a burn victim to the hospital. I'm aware, I have a problem admitting defeat. Primarily because I got to such levels to assure accuracy before stating, it's always troubling to be wrong. On multiple occasions I have admitted defeat, those occasions of which I cannot crawl out of the corner from whence I dug into.

I cannot agree with that. I rarely use my powers. I spend as much time as I can showing a new comer around. Whenever someone asks a newb question, I will PM them ALL the information about the journal (even if it's in there.. since most people don't read it anyway) and tell them where our forums are, welcome them to the server. I would only become curt to players who have been on the server for a long time.. as they should know what is expected in our gameplay. This tiff of ours over 'truces' should be handled better.A feirce admin that frightens players.

Ok first of all, Casas is a robot, on the server you live by this command:
IF Player does not follow the rules either kill, threaten or boot.
You are too strict, just let them break a couple of rules once in a while lol, just let me use the ships in the Bridge Map.
You don't admit defeat, just admit that Torm is right about Nazis (Don't start the arguement again). As Xianio said say that you're sorry or wrong, that you made a mistake so that you stop building on the mistake. The world will still be there tomorrow if you do so.
No offense, but you act like the server is yours, whilst playing you act like you know the rules by heart and can't stand a rule breaker, also in the Suggestion Section thingy of the forum, you always have to be right and all your suggestions have to pass. Slowly slowly the server is being manipulated in your favor.
Just take it easy and relax, its just an old out-dated game, just have fun and forget about things lol. But even tho you have bad things about you I'm still gonna threat you with respect.

Think your a good person. Your experienced with the game and server. You play with a competitiveness but sometimes over competitiveness to the point where if you losing to much you get another dude. Helping newbies learn the server is always plus for you.
From experience on enforcing rules. Some people aren't really going to like you, you enforce rules. That would be like drug dealer liking cop. But a better way of enforcing it is to not shout it and put them up in the open like you do, I'd use tells and let them know nicely that it is against the rules. When you shout, they tend to get more defensive and hate you for playing them out like that in front of everyone. If they still don't learn then send them to the guillotine.
To me, you have more good's than bads. Some bads could use alittle improvement, just calming down might fix most of that.

you abuse my weaknesses. If my character has a weakness such as cursed haste. you abuse it. ABUSE IT! PvP is sposed to be a challenge, not a "Casas dominates everything because hes cheap" It seems every time i log on a sneaker, you just HAVE to be on an anti sneak. sure, i can get annoying being renown as a sneaker on the server, but hey, get over it. Your not always gonna want to spot me and its very annoying when i get killed as soon as i spawn. literally. its pathetic. ocourse i still have some debates as how spotters will still always own sneaks. (IE The Great slave having 1 level in rouge and being able to get 70 spot, multicalsses should not be able to get that much spot!) but thats not related to casas...
i know youre not trying to be mean to everyone and dominate teh server, but you do win too much. even my good builds lose. whenever i try to make a theme char, people harass me for haivng a crummy build. but its not sposed to be good, its sposed to be fun. it seems that you dont play NWN for the fun, you play it because you know you will never be able to conquer the world with your current income, so you conquer EW instead.
