Amia is a great roleplaying server! Atleast 50-65 people one at a time. Even if you aren't that great of a roleplayer, it's mostly hack and slash when it comes down to it.

...That's all I'm saying. It's massive..

Pitch brought this up on the old forums. im not into harcore RP. people get too strict "oh Pandemonium isnt a 'name' you need a 'name'" thats what happened on EfU. I played Amia before and bored fast. my all time fav Rp-like server is still and will always be WrathofZero.Com Path of Acenscion. The only way i will ever be able to go bakcis if i get new CD keys. But the people there are really friendly and its like a family. the only problem is the Head DM who is a complete and total jackarse.

Ofcourse they accuse me of impersonating the god Torm, then I swaer and get booted.

Well, the same type of Lag Gnarr, but only because of the amount of people on the server, and even considering that, it is not THAT laggy. When it gets too bad an immediate server reset happens.

I can't say it is as good as Comryr so far, because I haven't seen any DM interaction. Then again.. 68 people on the server, I dont' think a DM is going to pay mind to the level 4's as much as the multipul level 30's on the server.

My third day on the server and the Roleplay is nice and sweet. Everyone at low levels is worried about getting their gold packs and equipment started, so there is a lot of adventuring going on, just like in Comryr.

I can't say the quality is better than Comryr, because I had really awesome RP there, however, what is better is the limitations. The restrictions on builds, races and such on Amia is ' WAY ' more open-minded. A lot of spells are buffed up, instead of taken away.

If you're interested Gnarr, PM me and maybe we can do some nice combo of characters. I kind of want a druid.

I used to play RP, but then I got tired of hearing and telling background stories.. O-M-G. I don't give a rats-donkey where your sorry donkey hails. "What god-forbidden hole you had to crawl out of to come up with a story like that? Wait, I don't care.." ~Quits RP~

Instances where RP can be fun.. quests. RPing while questing can be fun. I wouldn't mind RP so much if it were ONLY when you were on quests.. and strict RP is pretty lame too. Having to pretend to be some queer 11th century prick is boring.

Dun know where you RP'd, but you must've been playing nothing but Charisma Paladins like usual if that's all you pretended to be.

Casas you'd have liked the server I played for years, Anphillia. It's an RP server based around a war between two forts. ie: You roleplayed your char, went out and gained items and such and brought your character into pvp with other PC's. Got pretty intense when you were just walking back from the desert or something and you ran into an entire buffed army from the other fort lol. I tell ya turning around and running as fast as possible from that was hilarious hehe
