I don't have nwn2, so no, not really.

I'm guessing if I had nwn2, it would be just the matter of converting this version to it.

yes but, the server would have to be intensely modified. and extreme makover. teh classes have been changed and tehres so many new ones. just about every class that can sneak gets HiPS at some point, and everyone will make rangers jsut for run while in hide.

though my lifelong debate has been "Elves have skill affinity in spot/listen so they are always detecting. Halflings have skill affinity hide/ms so they should always be hiding, or atleast beable to run while hiding or have a default concealment bonus.

Any PVP server in NWN2 would be totally unbalanced without complete changes of everything.

Plus NWN2 requires the top of the line computer.

It doesn't need a top of the line computer it just requires you not to have a very old one. My computer is 2 years old and all I needed to be able to play it reasonably was to upgrade to a gig of ram (ie: 60 bucks).

Currently however PvP is very flawed as sneaks don't actually disappear while sneaking. However every class has had major changes and believe me HiPS isn't so great anymore and with the amount of power every class has rangers are by no means overpowered so that everyone will us them.

i think i get what your saying. everyone can SEE the sneaks, just not attack them because they are hiding. if the spot/listen check succeeds then attacks can be made?

I'm getting the demo to nwn2.. it's on a very slow ftp.. taken almost a week to get it.
