Whenever someone is on it's lowbies, and i don't have any lowbie chars anymore, and i find it boring to consistently own them. I'm actually beginning to get a bit bored with PSU too and am so desperate for something new i might even result back to PSO on Gamecube... or Tales of Symphonia, still need to beat that.
But seriously, if we want to attract players, we need an Overhaul. How many people still don't have the expansions? Not many. We could TRY booting EW up to lv 40 (and with the current XP rewards, it will take a LONG time). But i still doubt that would work.
The great minds of EW need to come together and create something totally new. Something never been done before! We could even create an entirely new RP module!

Well, Muse has something of a point. At this point, I could safely bet the only peoples who don't or are not expected to have both expansion packs are
A. Nooblars.
B. Foreigners or non-English-speaking peoples who decide to play NWN.
Practically everyone else should have at least one of them. However, I wouldn't jump straight to HotU without assessing who doesn't have the second expansion as there are fewer peoples with HotU than there are peoples with SoU. If we were to jump to one of the expansions, I would say jump to SoU for the sake of caution.

I disagree. When I had to find copies to reinstall for my ' old donkey ' PC, I could NOT find a copy of a PC-ROM NWN, let alone hardly any of the original, seperate expansions.
Everything is either gold, platinum and DVD drive. Therefore, newer players ( ones that we can expect to still be playing NWN or be new to the game itself ) would only have access to the later collection versions of the game.
There is no reason not to include expansions anymore. I had to dig hard. . . and get personal ( mafia ) with people from the used video game store. . and do things that I am not proud of to get original copies of NWN.
