slow - mo bug

i was fighting a dragon i cant remember what level it was it was either 13/25/56 and it had a spell that you couldnt use the hast ammy period unless you relog thought i might bring that up

the dragon had a certain spell that when used you were unable to use the haste ammy period (even when you re-equip)

Slow spell perhaps? Its the only one that neutralizes haste if you have it that I know of.
