Serious Bug, True Archer

Something is seriously wrong with my character True Archer on account "Sen Skilless".

I played with him for hours earlier today and didn't have this problem, but it has occured before.

Suddenly he will just start spamming voice commands, "Well done!" And begins to regen at 2 points per round. For no appreciable reason that I can discern.

Could someone check out his file or something for me and see if something is weird?
