Capture the Flag

I did capture the flag last night and found out that the Good Flag is not giving people movement speed reduction like the Evil Flag.

Tried this with a druid/ fighter/ and level 17 hasted monk. None of them had movement reduction.

I believe the modes been tested once, and not updated in awhile.

Ok, looked at this script and couldn't find out why. Are you sure its not?
