Arty/Sword spawn

I think what Red mentioned in another topic was relevent to keeping the fun level up in the server so i figured i should post it here.

We should think about making the artifact and the prismatic sword spawn on lower amounts of people so that they come back into play.

like maybe artifact at 6 players in game and sword at 12 players as opposed tothe 8/16 in effect.

The reason the artifact was at 8 is because of its power. It takes 4 people to get it. Making only 3 might be alittle hard.

Alright so since ppl seem to be flodding in somewhat now a' days can we maybe just ge tthe sword dropped down a bit so it happens once in a while

I dropped the sword to 14 so far.

I did try the artifact at 6, but it was too powerful for just 3 people trying to take on 3 others with 1 holding the artifact.
