dex wan't cap it for sure, it's dodge as well but it has only the cap of maksimal reachable dex modiffer.

Haste is dodge, only way to max dodge on this server is to use Divine Shield. Back to fighters.. be nice if their Specialized weapon feat was more progressive..

Yea but you can script the one's that do have the feat to receive abilities.
