I was planning on making the 'The Choice' room have a delayed AFK script in. Maybe one that boots after 30 minutes there instead of 5 or 10.
It will still boot players after 5 minutes in base or arena to AFK zone, then 5 minutes after that will boot them completely. This would allow players to wait for other players their range or just to converse but not play.
DON'T POST IF YOU DON'T CHOOSE. I want to see if there is anything bad about it that I'm missing.
Pointless for me None would log on to sit for hours waiting till someone comes with ppl in they range they'd rather do a new lvl 7 char, Also you can converse in the afk room now you need to move or do some action once per those 5mins and you wan't get booted.

Fixes soaking completely - if no one is allowed to join the arena w/o someone in their range. However makes leveling from 16->20 harder. I still want L20's to get 100 XP per kill in range, to encourage their presence on the server so L16+ can level easier.
Since the 20 bonus gone, I have seen considerably less L20s on the server.
Yes, on the stipulation no one can join the arena unless there is someone in their range either in the afk room, or the arena. Add a way for them to enter dragon room perhaps?

lol only time i have seen lvl 20's on the server is when theres no one in the server and everyone who is in the server has a lvl 20 so we have fun slaying dragons but thats it

Well if they can't join the dragons, then there would never be any high level fights unless they were scheduled. The server would become only mass 7's. People would get bored waiting in afk for someone their level.. and log a 7 or leave.

its business and good business, as long as their not dusruptting the rules of the server, they are fine. Now if someone is in range, and they are just plain leeching, then tehres a problem.
well someone just sitting in the afk room to make the server seem like there's more people and he's just a dead number then they will be disappointed when they log in i think.
but that would be the only reason, just to fudge the numbers of who's logged on. right now if you see 8 people on, chances are 8 people are playing, not 4 playing and 4 sitting in afk and most likely not even at their computer.
well 30mins is abit to much i would say 15mins because if you in AFK for 30mins more then likely your away from the comp doing somthing totaly different because i would be
